Upon arriving late in the evening, the hotel met my expectations with clean rooms. The amenities like the long desk, large bathroom, and huge TV were great. However, the air conditioning was a breeze to control, and the daily replenished coffee and water bottles were a nice touch. The only downside was that the rooms felt pretty average overall.

The service, especially at the front desk, seemed overwhelmed at times with queues and minimal staff, although they assured me it would be managed well. Other services like room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, shuttle service, and tours/ticket assistance were satisfactory.

The hotel's location in the Southwest area of Mexico City was close to Hospital Angeles del Pedregal and shopping malls, but it required transportation to most places.
